Terms and ConditionsBy proceeding with payment to Brick & Roller LLC, doing business as Brick & Roller Consulting and Brick House Recruitment ("Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all payments and invoices made through our checkout system.Payment Authorization
By providing your payment information and completing a transaction, you authorize the Company to charge the provided method of payment for the agreed-upon amount. This authorization includes any applicable fees outlined in the invoice or agreement.No Refund Policy
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable. As the services provided are tailored and consultative in nature, you acknowledge that payment is for the time, expertise, and efforts rendered, not for any tangible product. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.Service Completion TermsFor Brick House Recruitment: Services are considered complete when an offer is made by the business owner and accepted by the candidate, as we operate as a contingency agency.For Brick & Roller Consulting: Service completion is determined on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in the specific contract for each client.Invoice Payment Terms
CLIENT agrees to pay all placement fees and related expenses within 5 days after receipt of the invoice. Invoices will be sent after the candidate’s first day in role or when training begins, whichever comes first. Interest of 5% per month will be charged on unpaid fees more than 10 days past due. CLIENT agrees to reimburse the Company for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees.Payment Methods
The Company accepts credit card and ACH payments. All payments are processed securely using Stripe and HubSpot.No Refund Policy for Processing Fees
Any applicable processing fees are non-refundable. Please note that processing fees will be applied in accordance with Stripe and HubSpot policies.Termination ClauseFor Brick & Roller Consulting: Either party may terminate the contract with a 10-day notice, as outlined in the specific contract.For Brick House Recruitment: The business is billed after placement, and there is no candidate guarantee unless **explicitly stated in the signed contract.Force Majeure Clause
The Company will not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen events.Dispute Resolution
Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. In the event of non-payment, the CLIENT will be responsible for covering all court fees, attorney fees, and other costs incurred by the Company in the process of recovering unpaid amounts.Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the checkout page. It is your responsibility to review these terms prior to completing any transaction.Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction within North Carolina.Contact Information
